PrepNowAI provides interview practice tools, recordings, transcripts, analytics, and educational coaching for healthcare applicants. The platform is for preparation purposes only and does not guarantee admission outcomes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or disruptive activity.

Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Free-trial usage limits are enforced server-side.

Stripe manages billing and subscription payments. Refunds and disputes are handled according to applicable law and our billing policies.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the platform, you grant PrepNowAI the limited rights needed to host, process, and analyze your interview sessions to provide the service.

Your data is not used for AI model training.

PrepNowAI is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on /terms or communicated in-app.
