Privacy Policy for PrepNowAI

PrepNowAI collects the information required to create your account, deliver mock interviews, score sessions, and support billing. This includes profile details, target schools, question and bookmark data, session transcripts, posture signals, and optional recordings when you complete a mock interview.

Payment card details are never stored on PrepNowAI servers. Stripe handles payment collection and subscription billing on our behalf.

We use your data to run interview sessions, personalize school-specific practice, generate feedback reports, and provide playback, transcripts, and progress tracking.

Your data is not used for AI model training.

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or another region with similar privacy rights, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account, and a portable export of your profile and session history.

Trial-user recordings are automatically removed after 90 days. Other data is retained only as long as needed to operate your account, satisfy legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

When you delete your account, we anonymize your user record, cancel active subscriptions, remove recordings from S3, and delete associated sessions, transcripts, and feedback data.

Session media is stored in private S3 buckets with signed access only. Authentication tokens are rotated, and data in transit is protected with TLS.
