Video interviews magnify small habits. Looking away constantly, speaking in long unbroken monologues, or sounding flat can make a strong answer harder to follow. The goal is not to perform for the camera. The goal is to make your reasoning easy to receive.

Set your camera at eye level, keep notes minimal, and practice speaking in complete but concise thoughts. Pause before answering, then use signposts such as first, next, and finally. These small cues help interviewers follow your structure.

After practice, review one answer for content and one answer for delivery. Trying to fix everything at once is frustrating. Focus first on clarity, then warmth, then timing.
